How To Become An Affiliated Centre With the Oxford Training College – Britain.
we receive lots of requests from centres worldwide on how to become an affiliated
centre/agent with the Oxford Training College in Britain. As a response to this
high demand we have designed a simple procedure which will, hopefully, make your
application as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps and do not leave anything
out as this might hinder your application’s success and acceptance.
First Step: Download our OTC Affiliation Initial Enquiry Form.

Take every details to filling this initial application form properly. If in doubt
on how to properly complete it, please email us and we will be more than happy to
help you with. Once you have completed the form, SIGN it and then SCAN your application
and email it to us.
Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed by the relevant dept. And then dispatched to one of our main representative in the Middle East who will then get in touch with you to finalise the steps. After we receive the initial report from our representative, we will then request further information from you in view to proceed with the affiliation. Please note, application can take up to 9 weeks to finalise. Mostly, it’ll be due to how fast you can work with us.
Step Two: Provide detailed information about your centre, called: Centre’s Information
Pack!
Once your Affiliation Initial Enquiry has been accepted, we will then write to you
asking you to provide us with further information about your centre. You will need
to support your application with pictures of your centre and activities. We will
also ask you to provide us your last year’s annual report.
Step Three: Learning about Oxford Training College: The OTC Partnership:
Once we have received your Centre’s Information Pack and are happy with it, we will
then send you our OTC Affiliation Agreement which details our rules and conditions
for you to read. The OTC Partnership Details will contain all info about how to
be a full agent, what’s expected from you both as a study centre and as a business.
This Partnership will also include our work procedures, mission statement and the
guidelines by which any affiliated centre must abide by.
These guidelines will ensure that every centre which deals with us follows the same procedures as OTC’s. This is to unify our performance throughout the whole spectrum of centres, agents and colleges working with OTC. The OTC Affiliation Agreement will also contain all the required fees.
Step Four: Finalising and signing of the Partnership Contract:
Once all three steps mentioned above have been completed, then we will sign the
contract. Please note that the Affiliation Agreement is an On Line only contract
if the centre is not in UK. Once the signature of the contract has been finalised,
the agreement will come in force from the date of the signature.
